Established in 1925, the English Schools' Athletic Association is dedicated to promoting the enjoyment of athletics in schools ... it organises some of the premier events in the Country, and by running an award scheme for pupils of all ages.
As the national governing body for athletics, UK Athletics oversees the development and management of the nation’s favourite Olympic and Paralympic sport, from grassroots right through to podium.
England Athletics is the National Governing Body for the sport, developing and promoting Athletics across the whole of the country. England Athletics works in partnership with the wider athletics family to create a vibrant, safe and progressive sport - embracing athletes of all abilities and from all communities - to grow the next generation of athletics champions.
The Cornwall Sports Partnership is an affiliation of organisations that have joined forces to make sport a part of everyday life in Cornwall. At the centre of their Partnership is a ‘core team’ of professionals driving strategic co-ordination, marketing and communications and performance management. Forming a key link in the chain between local needs and regional and national policy, their main aim is to make a marked difference in sport in Cornwall.
The BMC is the premier middle distance athletics club in the country. Through its racing program, training courses and coaching articles we aim to improve the world standing of UK Middle Distance running. The club works in close partnership with UK Athletics in the organisation of its fixtures and courses.

Cornwall Athletic Club is based at Carn Brea and offers the full range of Track and Field events, under the supervision of qualified coaches.  There is also a strong Road Running section and in the winter Cross Country is the main form of competition.
Newquay & Par serves East, Mid and North Cornwall with year round training in track & field athletics, cross-country & Junior Sportshall. They have a bi-lateral agreement with Newquay Road Runners for anyone wanting to compete in this area of the sport.
This site has plenty of statistics current and historical. There is a wealth of information here on performance, rankings and achievments of athletes of all ages within the county of Cornwall.
The Power of 10 is much more than just rankings and results. It is a year-on-year drive to achieve greater strength in depth of every single event in all age groups and every part of the UK. Athletics Data (AD) now operate the Power of 10 website on behalf of UKA with results and rankings services for the 4 nations and English regions.
A new statistics and ranking web site with an emphasis on youth. The site will cover athletes from grass roots  - the junior athletes -  through to the elite.
They believe sport depends on a thriving base of young athletes whose performances should be ranked and recognised.   They intend to extend rankings to include many more athletes and aim to add between 5,000 and 10,000 more athletes to the site.
