81st Track & Field Championships 2011
Gold for Matt Halton, Senior boys' Shot Putt and Silver for Hobie Martin, Intermediate boys' 3000m were the highlights at the 81st English Schools Championships at Gateshead Friday 1st & Saturday 2nd July. Results can be found on the ESAA website links below.

SW Region Schools Athletic Championships, Exeter Arena Saturday 18th June 2011
The team has been selected for this event and can be viewed here. All athletes are normally expected to travel with the team.
If you have been selected, please make sure you understand these special travel arrangements and other information for the day.

In all field events except High Jump there will be 3 trials, with the top 5 competitors allowed a further 3 trials. A full copy of the rules is here.

URGENT NOTIFICATION of CHANGE of DATES
- County Schools Combined Events Championships and Trials will now take place at Par track on Thursday 26th May (not Wednesday 25 as previously listed).
- Yr 7 & 8 County Championships will now take place at Par track on Monday 20th June (not Wednesday 22nd June as previously listed).
We apologise if this has caused any inconvenience to you; but these changes have been necessary due entirely to circumstances which have only recently come to light and outside our control.
